Mega Millions

So folks, the Mega Millions lottery is up near $500 million for the next drawing. Anyone gonna buy tickets? I'm going in with some co-workers and hopefully we can all call in rich on Monday.

If you won the Jackpot, what would be the first thing you buy?

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I got in on an office pool. It's my second time to play the lottery.

I 'd pay off the house, for sure.

That's just an insane amount of money.

I do not play the lottery.

I will definitely be buying some tickets. As to the first thing I would buy: the two Alex Ross Hulk covers that are for sale at one of the dealers. Never be able to afford them otherwise.

I rarely play the lottery but when they get over $200 MILLION I'll get 5 quick picks just to dream/fantasize! Hey, TWO people in RI (the state next to me) hit last month for $340 and $60 million and a guy who lives in the town next to me won $1000 a day for LIFE (MINIMUM of 20 years!)!

The only time I ever play is if people at work ask me to. The last thing I want is to be the one guy that didn't go in on the office pool and they hit the big one.

What to do after you hit the Mega Millions jackpot

BTW what is the price of each ticket? I read on the the Mega Millions website that tickets cost $1.00 per play. So only $1 per ticket?

yup. a dollar a ticket. well a dollar a play. and the most you can do on a ticket is 5 plays and 5 additional quick picks i believe, so $10 on a ticket.
