we just internally discussed the following
- Adding Charlies dog tags to the first 350/120 AND marking the additional ES increased pieces with 'Second Edition' so that that
A) people who really want a green Guile to have it not to flip can get it and
B) People who got in the first day have something special
Seems to be a win/win to me.

This is the post I remembered regarding the Charlie dog tags; only the original 350/120 would get them.
i wonder if Jerry misspoke or we misunderstood his more recent post which seemed to indicate all 175 EX orders would get the Charlie dog tags.
Only time will tell...

I'm holding onto hope that he might make it into the arcade version of SSF IV and then eventually on the console update.
