Have you ever imagined a world with no hypothetical situations?

I feel your pain their QC has been so bad this year. I've had issues with 10/11 pieces ordered, resulting in full replacements or replacement parts. It's very irritating due to the increased prices.

Sorry for you recent problems. Hopefully you'll get your replacement soon.

YES! A Thousand Times, Yes! It looks EXACTLY like Travolta to me! I have the Ex on order, but I think the Travolta head will be remaining in the box!

Why does every Magneto statue have him with clenched teeth? Would've loved a switchout helmeted head with a stoic expression. Or one where his face is covered in shadow and you can only see his white eyes.

I got my replacement parts. Didn't have a chance to open them until now because I was on vacation. Just got back.

I honestly can't believe the state they arrived in. They're damaged beyond use. SS packaged them with a ton of bubble wrap on top and at the bottom of the box, but nothing between the two head sculpts but a single piece of paper. They were clearly bouncing against each other the entire time they were in transit:

I can't fathom them even putting the time into shipping these parts in such a fashion, with clear disregard for protecting them adequately. What a waste of time and money.

Wow, that's shocking. Even for someone's first day on the job they should know better. I always used to receive replacement parts very secured in either foam or bubble wrap but the last one was a Wonder Woman head just in brown paper and it was a little scratched up but this is on a whole other level.

That is unbelievably ridiculous and unacceptable.

There was so much bubble wrap used to pad the top and bottom of the box that they could have used it to wrap each piece individually and had plenty left over. I’ve received far better packing jobs buying a $10 mug from a local shop.

Double post.

Obviously I’ve emailed SS. I’m just flabbergasted at the lack of care put into this.
