Funny thing is just e-mailed me apologizing for the delay... and offered me $5 back for my trouble and also said that this never happens to him and the distributor was suppose to have it to him on the 19th...

Sorry to hear your going through some bullsh!t CK. If its any consolation to you Midtown Comics on the east side has it for $275. I was tempted to get it being that it is a hot item but I passed. I have an upcoming family trip I'm going next month. Call the store to see if they still have it. Maybe they can reserve it for you.
