I read the Amazon Customer Reviews for the Harley and Joker Second Edition statue and found out:

1) Some of the statues were shipped unnumbered.

2) Harley's skirt is white rather than black/red like the proto.

The one I own is exactly as you described but got it for $65.00 and the other one reaching $197.00 at the time ill keep mine
