There is an option to bargain on the price for many statues. I go back and for in the negotiations often. Responses are nearly instantaneous and I get a price that makes me happy more often than not.

When the price is equal for a statue I buy from Spec Fiction.
I am sure companies love a customer like you.

If it gets me the price that I want then I’m all for it. Starting a statue collection at 60 may be a bit late in life but I can’t see well enough to read comics any more. Besides comics haven’t been very good since they stopped selling x-ray specs and card board submarines in the adds.

I do have to say I was a little shocked over the cost of shipping - it was around $45 but it was being shipped from CA to Pittsburgh, PA. It shocked me a little but I have been selling some of my statues on Ebay and I guess it had been a while since I sold anything on Ebay because just shipping a state or two away was more than I remember.

Anyway, you should have confidence dealing with them
I sent a pair of linen pants back to a company one state over, and it cost me $20 through UPS. I was shocked, but like you, it had been a while since I had shipped anything.
