I didn't have any trouble getting the little doors open and getting the launcher popped up, but rotating the little missiles around was something I couldn't do with my fingers nails so used a toothpick to swing them around facing forward.

They doors are supposed to somewhat snap closed, so gentle pressue with fingernail is all I can think to do if anything is stuck.

yeah, it's flipping the missiles around that I'm having a problem with!

And they don't want to go through that litle gap in the middle!

edit: I used the wire stand to push It through
