This classic Darkseid slaughters the NEW 52 Prime 1 Darkseid. I don't care how big it is.

Here are a couple of fresh-out-of-the-box pics along with The Trinity. EX #189 (Got on waitlist Dec 17, notified of conversion Jan. 5) I haven't seen pics of Darkseid with these three yet, so I thought it might be helpful for those of you on the fence.

Nice! Big boss man could have been bigger but still looks great for what it is. Love all the bases and so glad it's not the spidey smoke bases.
Mine arrived today. Will try to open it up tonight. Hope the box is not bang up and all is good inside.

I don't know...Up to you if you want to drop $600. I'm glad I have him but the days that I just continuously spend that kind of money day in day out are gone.

Got a chance to open up darksied. He's decent size for the small box he came in. Was wondering how they fit this in such a small box. Lol
Aside from 2 minor paint flaws. I will contact SS for that later.
This looks ok, much better from the left side view. The arm on the right side seems it needs to have more mass. Looks too thin on that side. The paint is bland lower quality look to it. This seems very simple more like a big action figure in a way. Very simple basic painting and production. Imo this should be 250.00-350.00 max.
Compared to captain marvel it's no contest. You can see the passion in that statue which was so much better with the quality paints chosen, to pose, and everything else.
This looks ok, not great. I'm looking at him more daily and liking him more. Just have to make myself like this more. Not a good sign but will see. The thing that really bothers me is his right thin arm. If he had more mass on where the arm connects he would look so much more menacing imo. On the display this looks ok if displayed high up hiding the right side. Or displaying him side ways from the left for me.
