And just over 3 years later! I got him! lol.
So this to me was always the one that sold me on the COTD line, i thought it was disgusting, beautiful and pretty ----ed up.
So SS did pretty well on this, let me go over whats awesome about the statue. First up the cape is lovely quality silky on the inside and the face pattern is amazing. The base.....maybe one of my fave bases ever, the details are fabulous, the light up is really well done and it really looks like ember burning on the top, not only that but it feels amazing the band running around the base has a sort of leather/skin feel, it's super well done.
Now paints, 90% of them are fab from his face to his body and base....the only place where i feel it is lacking is the guts, it looks fine but it sort of all one colour with some shading, like i said it's fine but it could have been amazing. It's not like OMG this statue is ruined, don't get me wrong this statue is an 8/9 for me overall.
