Entitlement is also the political word here. The point is if someone just collects DC related statues SS could target all those bones. That way the collector can buy more. What company doesn't want their customers to buy more?

"Entitlement" isn't a political word, it's a noun, since some of you love to argue semantics.

There's definitely a big difference between being entitled and "entitled". I feel entitled to good customer service and products from a company I give my money to. rewards programs can be a part of that. I don't feel "entitled" to every little thing I can think of from said company, whim or no.

Just statue collecting, that's all this is. Semantics or not were not here to change the world. We all use words in ways they shouldn't be used. Someone made a suggestion by using the word should which is common now a days. I really don't think the person fells entitled to anything. Does all this really matter? We all have too much time on our hands.

I'm a coupon discount guy so I must say I'm going to maybe just be quiet on this thread.

Ooooh I wanna play. I have to agree with Gary. Raziel's wording definitely defines entitlement. Maybe he's a Millennial, lol.
As well, why would a company have to entice ppl who are already buying? For example, at my place of employment we tried to get a shift differential incentive ($) and the employer came back and said, why would I pay a differential when ppl are lining up for the position as it is.
Wait long enough on these high ticket items and you will see discounts because of slow movement, that's how it typically works. Expecting a discount right up front on a potentially hot item is just nonsense.

Your reward is having a bunch of statues for the same line. Nobody owes you anything, get over yourself.

why is everyone getting excited?
I think the word has a bad rap. You're all entitled to your opinion.
For myself, I do feel entitled to a few perks. I don't think my gauge on entitlement is unreasonable. If you feel entitled to receive great service, timely delivery, hassle-free return policies, good paint apps and production, and the occasional here's something for being a preferred customer I think that's a reasonable ask, no?
