Just emailed SS with pics of the broken leg and requested a replacement body or to return for a full refund.

Doubt there are any replacements so like will return this asap. May pick up the reg down the road, but sorta annoyed by these issues.

That sucks! Please report back with what they say in regards to a replacement. Hopefully they do the right thing and take care of you given this isn’t even sold out yet.

I hate to say this, but you should have just asked for a refund. I fear you should expect the following:

7-10 business days to hear back from Sideshow where they tell you they have referred your matter to a Prime 1 Specialist.

Another 7-10 days to hear back from the Prime ! Specialist giving you options.

Another couple business days after you respond for them to send you a return label.

A week for you package to make it back to Sideshow.

A week for them to process your refund.

Another couple business days for your bank to post it.

If that’s the case I’d ask for a refund immediately after them telling me they’re referring it to P1. That’d be an unacceptable route to me given the entire thing needs to be replaced and it’s not just an issue with an accessory/part. Either send a replacement or send a return shipping label.

There will be no replacement body. It was my very first question to them back in March and they said each body fits each base specifically so even if you managed to get one the likelihood of running into a issue with the base becomes a non zero chance. In the instance of broken body components, the only option is either a full refund or the $100 credit.

^^^ you guys are spot on. I will ask for a full refund when they respond tomorrow.

But it Still doesn’t make sense how the legs on this piece are breaking in that very same spot.

That is something P1 has to answer because this loss rate is too high. How many statues are they going to have to rework due to this issue?

$100 credit? I just had to return Arkham knight joker, didn’t get a credit. Probably cause I didn’t ask.

A credit like that will only be offered if you elect to keep the broken/defective statue as is.
