I just died a little imagining how many hours over a lifetime dusting is required. No joke, but dusting is actually one reason I think about completely liquidating all my statues. It's a classic "being a slave to your stuff" scenario.

I like my statues free in space and not behind a glass wall like in a museum.
But for that I just have to dust off

Lol, I see where you’re coming from, but I don’t see it that way.
Crank up some Iron Maiden, eat an edible, and have a nice relaxing day enjoying them up close.

I bring one out from its display every night while watching TV, put it on a lazy Susan, and dust it. I find that removing it from its display gives it my full attention, often for the first time since the day it arrived. It gives me a newfound appreciation for the piece.
