Got a be sensible, 1K statues will not be everyone's budget. But I think they will try and buy these anyways.
This company is definitely for the richer collectors. And there are plenty around.

I am getting a few of the Arkham Origins statues because I loved the game. I can only afford a few and will pick out the ones I feel are most Iconic. I love the designs and Prime 1 makes some of the best damn statues I've seen other than XM. I had fond memories playing the Arkham games with my daughter and although I'm not a gamer...I found the games to be really visually striking as well as immersive and I loved the story lines.

I bailed so far no space nor the money to keep up with 1/4 going full force. May pick a few down the road if needed since none are going for more than retail anyways. Once saturation comes along with space these can be had at retail or a bit less. With one of these 1/3 poppping up every few days. Many of the early collectors trying to complete the entire 1/3 of batman statues is in for a massive squeeze with the p1 comic batmans, justice league etc coming soon. If I wanted them I will buy later. However I did po some 1:4 p1 po's already and more to come at 1:4. Less space killers and smaller boxes overall.

When I think about dropping 1k plus on batman, a video game inspired likeness is not what jumps immediately to mind. Made an exception for Deathstroke, and I'm eagerly looking forward to their artist inspired lines.

Everything they've done looks great, and as stated I dipped my foot in for Deathstroke. I'm just not a big gamer, and would much rather have the comic artist stuff I know is coming. The artists who created the digital art for the game did a fine job, so no insult intended at all.

This! I'm not bailing on the line, just cherry-picking the ones that appeal to me most. Personally, I'm waiting for their Robotech stuff to drop.

I'd sort of gotten into the line. I own Batman, and the head swap out busts, but have since cancelled by preorders for the rest. $1k per character is just too much, but what really kills me is how large they are. 1/3 scale is just too big for a collection. If they were 1/4, then I'd definitely buy them up.

The Arkham designs of these characters are some of the best. IMO Deathstroke, Scarecrow, Freeze and Robin are amazing designs, realistic and yet still in the spirit of the comics
