Collector Tip of the Day: If your house is getting so hot that your statues are melting, perhaps rethink your priorities or collect something else... even if you can afford a Ferrari probably not good to buy one if you're surrounded by dirt & gravel roads

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Looking at the making of video
https://youtu.be/-wDkZjcrwLQ

I would prefer the design in the first drawing (30sec / gus hunter 009) where one of the dino's is higher than Lara.
But this is second best of the concept drawings shown.

Very cool! This could go on to be the best TR statue next to Sideshow!

Wow, this piece looks extremely impressive. Would love to see more videos like that from other companies.

Sometimes it doesn't take much but time and gravity. Heat just makes it happen faster. They need to either re-enforce or make sure their polystone can do the job. The polystone material quality has to survive the China production process as well. I don't know if Weta has accomplished extreme positioning like this before with success over time.

Looks fantastic aside from the awkward pose. The point of contact and alignment of the foot does not flow with the motion.

I'm surprised after watching all the preparations they've shown that they could overlook something this simple.

If the poly stone is more stone dust than resin then it has a better chance of holding its shape.
