We have acquired this product from a new vendor a lower cost. Therefore, all new and existing preorders have since been reduced from $184.99 to $169.99 respectively.

I haven't ordered anything from BBTS in a really long time, do they charge your card once it ships?

They charge once it comes in (this is different from when it ships because you can choose to participate in their Pile of Loot feature which delays shipping till you want to ship the entire order to save on shipping costs).
