I’d just like to know when I’m going to get my replacement head? There are waits and then there are waits.
I’m trying to be understanding given the situations surrounding this piece and the company’s transition issues in general. I do appreciate the updates we’ve received here but my patience is running thin. Going on 4 months now having this statue in hand without a head on it.
As much as I love this piece... if we don’t get some movement on this thing by month’s end, I’m going to demand a refund and return mine.
