Yes, there are problems with ARH Studios, and I fully understand that some people are upset. In your situation, I probably would feel the same.
I have been working 24/7 to try to solve these issues. What is the alternative?
Unfortunately, the previous team left me tons of problems to solve. They are not here anymore. So all fell on me.
I accepted the challenge, and I will tell you something: I am very proud of what I have done so far. I was able to help a lot of people, and I really feel good about it.
Believe me when I tell you that helping ARH to get things in order has been far more rewarding than any financial payment that I’m receiving for my work.
Of course, in some cases, I am not able to help yet. All of you know that it’s impossible to make everyone happy all the time on Customer Support. Especially in a tough situation like this one.
Since I began working here, I shipped dozens and dozens of packages to fulfill pending orders. In most of these cases, people have been waiting for these statues since 2016 and even 2015.
Unfortunately, we don’t hear very often when positive things happen, only the problems.
I know that many of you lost patience, waiting forever for Arhian Forever, Arkhalla Fight, Huntress Sabertooth cats (not tigers), Valkyrie and Eve.
ARH Studios is facing some hard challenges. There is no denial of this. Time and patience are the only ways to go through this situation.
A commitment I heard from Arahom’s mouth: “We will deliver every single statue we sold. It will happen, no matter what. I just need to get through this and things will get back on track. I have been through worse and I’m still standing.”
I’m sure you all remember when his house and studio caught on fire back in 2009. That was a blow, many thought he could not get back from, but he still here. I have never met a guy as tough as Arahom. If he says, he will get through this. I’m positive this is just a matter of time.
Support ARH Studios (at least with some level of understanding), so we can fix everything and continue to produce great art.
The world is a better place with ARH Studios statues on it!
