A conclusion is simply the place where you got tired of thinking.

Seeing as he is a sumo would be cool if he is actually standing inside a circular base that mimics the lining of a sumo ring

And maybe some form of REAL salt added on floor of base since Eric always looking to push limits and realistic approach.

And for the side of the base he could add rice bales

For Hondas skin would be cool to add slight stretch marks (might be disgusting to some) but again never seen it on a statue. Doesn't have to be in your face but slight seeing as he is a traditional muscular/tubby character.
i have to totally disagree. I say keep it consistant woth the game art and have the base as e.hondas stages. The realistic look will come with the tiles looking like tiles and rope boundary looking like rope.

as for stretch marks = hell no. I want my e.honda to look like the street fighter II animated movie. Big and ripped.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Any updates Erick?

I hope he has more defined abs, unlike the PCS one. Unrealistic or not, it's how I remember him.

I'd like to see something different for the pose, like a sumo ready stance.

With a bath tile base, and throw in a bathrobe + broom torso. With the sweat effects employed in Ryu, I'd like to see some subtle water effects here, only if it can be done right.

Honda is a bit of an overlooked character. He has an air of pride and intensity that needs to be captured in the sculpt.

Oh yeah, that portrait is spot on! It goes well with a ready stance as in the top picture. Maybe throw in a third arrogant smirk portrait.

For the pose I hope we see something more interesting than the same fighting stance as PCS. Are the two torsos for every release still a thing, or not?
