customer: do you deliver to leucadia
me: yes. are you north or south of leucadia blvd
customer: that depends on your definition of north and south. i am east of the coast highway and west of the 5 freeway.
the really funny part in this statment isnt the north south but the fact that she knew that east and west always staid the same.
a customer told me there phone number witch was out of the area.
me: i am sorry i must be able to call you back before i can deliver to you. and all none local numbers have been blocked from our phones. does nyone there have a local number?
customer: no it is just me.
me: oh i am sorry thean we cannot deliver.
customer: that doesnt make any sense the dominos where i live calls me back all the time.
me: oh and the area code is different on your phone than theres is.
customer: no
at the store i manage we call these jason calls. i am jason. cause i always seems to get them and being a manager i dont answer the phones very often.
