Sorry, but honestly I can't think of any single group of Marvel characters (or DC either frankly) that can compete with the Sinestro Corps in terms of power.

There are hundreds if not thousands of rank and file yellow power ring members, not to mention these leaders.

Even if you include all the beings of the various Worlds of Asgard (Giants, dwarves, elves, trolls, demons) I see no way they can take on the Corps.

The Corp may get past the Rainbow Bridge....but Asgard will not fall. Odin has alot of resources...that go far beyond the population of the Gleaming City. The Valkyries and the endless army residing in the Halls of Valhalla are the All-Father's to command.

This is NOT RAGNOROCK ....Loki and his minions (Including Hela and her "Powers") may want to destroy Asgard....but only if THEY CAN'T RULE IT.

Loki sides with Odin...The Corp will not win!

IF Loki sides sides with Sinestro's Corp...Odin will have to unleash the MIGHTY DESTROYER(Comics not only Viking Myth. Odin could even call in the other Skyfathers as he did with the Celestial threat)....Asgard may burn....but the Corp WILL NOT WIN. JMO.

Despotellis can invade Asgard in advance & prepare them for the rest of the Sinestro Corps invasion. End of story.
