Damages on Batman Museum 1:2 scale bust

I just wanna have some input. Is it just me or anybody else have the same problem when buying this Batman? I bought it a week ago and the Batman logo already peeled from the cloth material. I display my statues very carefully: in a locked cabinet, away from direct sunlight and cool temperature. And just this morning when I was cleaning it the rubber also came off, and not to mention the cloth material got ripped on the each side. Do you guys have the same problem?

I suggest you get onto the manufacturer and make an ALL MIGHTY complaint. I hope you get it sorted.

Good luck finding contact info for DCD. The link on the site takes you back to the DC mainpage.

I saw this statue at a LCS and the logo was peeling off of it too. I wonder if it's an inherent problem with all of them?

i dont like that bat-logo anyway. If mine peeled off, i'd go to a fabric store, buy some similar fabric, cut own my own Frank Miller style bat symbol out and use that.

These have been a problem across the boards, my friend has a shop and he had three, sold 2 and the one he had left began to peal. Later the 2 customers that bought the other 2 busts told him the bat symbol began to peal as well.

He contacted dc and they told him he could get a refund and he is waiting for them to send him a shipping slip to return it. They already credited him the piece and if they dont send him the label or tell him to destroy the piece I may ask him for th remains and customize it

As for regular customers I have no idea how you would be able to contact DC for a refund.
