Marvel Comics Kitty Pryde Fine Art Bust
A Kotobukiya Japanese import! A long-standing member of the X-Men, Katherine “Kitty” Pryde was one of the youngest ever to join. Gifted with the power of phasing, the young mutant can pass through solid matter. In addition to her natural born abilities, Kitty travelled to Japan where she fell prey to possession by the demon Ogun, who passed to her a lifetime of martial arts training. Standing seductively relaxed, she holds Ogun’s Hannya Mask along with a real metal katana sword.
Sculpted by Yu Ishii, Kitty Pryde stands over 9 inches tall. As with all items in The Kotobukiya Collection, this Fine Art Bust will be individually numbered and part of a limited edition.
Available June 2009

Wow, very beautifully done. Not a big fan of the classic X-Men costume, but I love the pose, and the demon mask. Nice touch.
I agree with the others that she looks older. I think she is more matured looking. Whereas, I always remember and picture Kitty Pryde as a young girl.

I'd say that was more Kate Pryde than Kitty Pryde but it is nice.
I'm sure that it will be very popular with the customisers too as I could see it easily being made into a million and one other characters too.

I agree with the age thing.
If you are going to throw in a mask from the Kitty Pryde and Wolverine miniseries, you have to make her as young as she was in that series.

Is that Kitty or her mom...?
They need to tweak the face, definitely too damn old.
