Antman - Paul Bettany - tremendous actor, who has the good/bad guy (morally ambiguous) look that is Hank Pym. Plus he is tall.

but I might go with Vin Diesel for Vision ... he's acting is robotic enough...
Brad Pitt for Thor is iffy.... He just seems to pretty for the role
