No really prob just a variation on the artist proof...
usually they are #'d lower then original run...
Also what is it #0 of how many??? that might tell you too.

Welcome to the forum and no clue on what that means. LOL
Maybe they start their numbers with 0.
I like the statue, except for the mouth showing the gums. I would fill it up and custom it to be more like comic venom mouth.
Gratz on the piece tho!

Very carefully put the statue back in its original packaging and put it away somewhere safe and never touch it again. Buy another one for display. In all forms of limited collectibles, the lower the number the more valuable it is. Also, being that it's from the Spiderman franchise, there will always be some demand. Someday, somewhere thirty-odd years from now someone is going to pay you a ridiculous amount of money for that thing. Take my word.
