Of course it's silly, VS are totally bias for most people, because it's all about favorites. There are a few people who try to be logical, but most of the time things get systematically twisted, and or slanted in favor of someones personal fave.
Oh, and thanks for the information. Based on powers on paper, it sounds like Ozymandius should win, but Batman has a lot more fans, so they'd find a way for him to win...
