The Tomahawk Steak
Over the holidays we visited a huge meat emporium here in Sydney. Picked up some pork and a ham, for Christmas, and I found something I just had to try. The tomahawk steak.
At 1.6 kilos (or 3.5 pounds) it was the biggest steak I've ever had.
We cooked it tonight on the barbie and three of us barely put a dent in it, but it was goooood
I was a bit excited by the whole experience so had to share it

I'm not saying I am, and I'm not saying I'm not . . . but I like that we've got this whole meat thing going on between us
