My usual Christmas trilogy is The Muppet Christmas Carol, Blackadder's Christmas Carol and one of the most terrifying things I've ever seen, The League of Gentlemen's Christmas Special!

Great newson Wallace and Gromit. Brigg's The Snowman and his Father Christmas run back to back at our house in December.
They're both fantastic.
