based on Avengers Annual #10...I'd say Rogue.
Current Rogue? Wonder Woman could take her easily, couldn't she? Nowadays Rogue is a shadow of her former self, right?

If Rogue touches her, it's over. However, how does it work if WW pucnches her dead square in the face? If should be enough to cave her face, but would she still absorb her? Not 100% on Rogues powers.

Even of Rogue steals Diana's powers, does Diana lose them as well? If she doesn't, no way Rogue can stand up to that Amazon even with extra power. She's a warrior born, no some runaway kid who was 'discovered' by Mystique and got lucky enough to find the XMen

Once Rogue touches you she steals your powers and you are left weak as a wet paper bag. In order for Diana to win is for her to know what Rogue's abilities are before hand and keep Rogue away with the lasso. If WW tries to wrestle/grapple with Rogue, Diana would lose for sure. Rogue once touched Thor and she drained him dry.

Well being that most of the X-Men villains beat Rogue by herself it would be Wonder Woman. We don't even know if Diana's magical power would be able to be absorbed by Rogue.
