Hi, folks.Mortal Kombat Online recently reported that Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition has FINALLY recieved an R18+ classification and will release for both playstation 3 and xbox 360, but no release date has been confirmed.Australian MK fans, rejoice!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the PS3 region free meaning that at least PS3 owners in Australia could have played it regardless?

yes they could play it, but it was banned, I remember when it came out the australian government said that customs agents would be specifically on the lookout for the game incase anyone was trying to ship it into the country (good thing they are looking out for those dangerous things like MK instead of drugs or weapons lol)
