I knew it! From the first two groups of pictures, I thought she was leaning. At first, I thought maybe I was being too picky, but now I'm seeing the lean in a third person's statue, and you guys are noticing too!

I am really close to cancelling all together.

You know, the lean doesn't bother me. I mean she's supposed to be coming out of the water, who's to say she has to be straight up and down doing it. The only thing that bugs me are the problems I listed in my first post.

Mine came in today and I was very happy. Then I opened her up and she was broke at the knees(booo). The good thing is that the retailer (Razors Edge) is going to send me another one. Anyways the statue itself is beautiful and looks just as it was advertised. Be wary that the fins on it are very fragile.

Sad news indeed. Sorry to hear it. Razor's Edge is a decent outfit. I've dealt with them before and have no complaints. Best of luck on a good replacement.

Oh well... I suppose you are unable to confirm if your statue slants to one side.
I sure hope this slant is a play on the eyes as she looks centered in the prelim pic.

Consider this cancelled. Leaning, bad paint job on the face, broken hair, broken knees, permanent finger prints in the wings, too many issues.

In fact, so far, not one person has received a great one. I will be contacting Razor's Edge to cancel.
