do you use linux servers as well? How do you handle email and so forth. Just curious. Before we had our merger, I started the process of converting everything over to a total Mac environment. The email thing was a stickler though. I just couldn't find anything that would give us all the performance and capabilities that Exchange did...

Yep, we use Linux servers. We use Open Office instead of MS's stuff. As to e-mail, I use two systems, Zimbra and Thunderbird. They each have their strengths and weaknesses and I have two monitors so I have one up on each one during the day. Have no issues with either of them in terms of reliability.

Ditto but worry not. If Windows pattern holds W8 will have some awful nuances that turn people off but Windows 9 will be incredible. M$ and Star Trek movies do not deviate from the one good one bad formula.

When I read your post I thought to myself "well that seems a bit extreme". Then I watched that video.... I would join you and place Bouncing Bettys throughout that perimeter.
