Maybe this will just turn out to be a 'Modern' line to go alongside with the 'Klassic' line that Kombines MK9 and MK10? The two games may not have all the same Kharacters anyway (didnt a lot of Kharacters die in MK9? to be honest i dont remember all of it) especially if MK10 ends up being a sequel, and the Kharacters that are in both probably wont look too different in the new one.

On the other hand lets assume MK9 is Kompletely done after this year. I would hope that the other pieces that get made are made to go with the ones already out/Koming out. This would mean Sub-Zero to go with scorpion, Goro or another boss to go with Khan, Mileena and/or Jade to go with Kitana etc otherwise beautiful pieces may become obsolete (in the sense of say Triad Toys Heihachi Mishima who has nothing to go with him) to some/maybe most Kollectors before they even get in our hands

Anyway the question: how much have you looked into what this future of the MK line is going to look like to this point? I know you Kan't know everything until more is revealed about MK10, but if MK9 is being Kompletely phased out Kould we at least be informed which Kharacters are still Koming before the end of the line?

I prefer the Klassics and have found most of the MK9 stuff disappointing, but feel bad for those that were trying to collect that line. I'd be pissed.

The Classic appeal is of course temting. And I have debating many times to get Klassic Scorpy and Subby insteddd of the MK9. But then I look at the amazing piece the MK9 Scorpion is and I just cant.

Well since this thread has turned into the reply thread i'll go ahead and chime in too. I'm actually really glad PCS is focusing on Klassics and future MK's. I'm sure Jerry knows more than anyone not working for NR about the expected release of MK. Also, if i may troll for a second, don't feel bad for any of you obnoxious collectors who only bashed fans who liked the klassic line. Now it sucks for you guys. lifes tough.

Well i loved them making mk9 characters but i guess i will have to start collecting all the klassics now too! My thing was since they started making some mk9 i had to choose one line and i chose mk9 figures but since they are going to end soon i will get klassics because i just love me some mortal kombat in general!! Thing is there will always be another mortal kombat game! And thats a good thing!
