The guy took care of all of my issues andv really bent over backwards to make things right. I have no more complaints and I'm 100% satisfied with Arahom and ARH as far as my recent dealings.
Would I buy from him in the future? Sure. Thanks Arahom, you are once more cool with the Warlock.

So did you end up getting topless Sharyn?

What I'm saying is that I'm 100% satisfied with the arrangement Arahom and I worked out.

I just wanted to update my situation with Arahom as well. My Achilles has been in repair limbo since Nov 2016 and last week I contacted Arahom after Arkalogic ok'd a contact email for us to use. He responded super quick and said he would send out a new one right away. Lo and behold less than a week later Achilles is delivered. I haven't had time to open and check (hoping no damage again) but he did what he said he would and I'm satisfied. I just think the last few years the Frazetta debacle really hurt his company in every imaginable way and slowed the company's development. Prior to getting that license it just seemed everything was going pretty well.

Weird. ARH advertises selling Medusa Victorious for $600 then turns around with this post a couple hours later:
"Ok, I have just canceled all the orders for the Medusa at $600.
It was a mistake to do that! Those 10 pieces were Medusas that WERE ORDERED and NEVER PAID, so I have been holding them in my inventory room for almost two years waiting for their respective buyers to pay for them, but they never did, and they never contacted us back to arrange payment.
I sent them all several emails asking for payment or an update, and we just got ignored.
Because of that I decided to sell these pieces and recover my money, but I can just see that it was not a good idea, and I'm canceling the whole thing.
All of you who have paid for it today, can expect a full refund on Monday once our office opens. The price of the Medusa statue is $1200 and it still is.
Arahom Radjah"
They probably need to think through their decisions before posting stuff. Just found it really odd. I'm sure we might see a new round of complaints emerge.

"ABOUT THE MEDUSA ORDERS at $600
What a mess! I will not cancel the orders since all statues were sold right away. I was not expecting they would sell so fast. I think I only notice what was happening too late.
My point here is that Spencer put those statues for sale, and completely forgot to explain that we are NOT lowering the price of the statue. These 10 pieces were an EXCEPTIONAL case of 10 UNPAID/partially paid orders that have been sitting on our inventory room for 2 years and these 10 respective buyers never care to contact us back, so I considered those as abandoned orders.
Now because Spencer's post was NOT CLEAR, I believe that our buyers who have recently bought the same statue at full price felt a little unfair that we dropped the price so drastically without any apparent reason, and this made me very upset, so I rushed in my decision without thinking clearly!
But... Let's forget about this! I'll honor all orders at $600 because that was my intention since the beginning, not to create any discomfort to our previous buyers.
NOW for those who bought the statue at full price and feel wronged, PLEASE don't be because this is not our intention here. As I said these statues are NOT even inventory, and my intention was just recoup the money we spent producing those.
That's all guys. I think I did rush a little when I said I would cancel those orders. I will not do that.

I'm glad to see he decided to change his mind. I didn't order one, but cancelling these orders would have resulted in another negative experience that ARH doesn't need right now. They probably couldn't really afford to let those extra statues go at $600, but at least this demonstrates another commitment to customer service. On the flip side, he probably could honor just the first 10 orders after the post advertising the sale and many wouldn't fault him.
