MR SW next releases : possible MSRP

Most aren't pics of actual items but let's just hope for the prices to be close to these ones.
Nothing confirmed so far ...

MR will sell a lot if the MSRP is $249 for those Stormtrooper LE's.

MR future ptoducts

In the prop community, the CE helmets are making a huge splash, expect those to sell well at $ 99.00.
The CE sabers are a different story at the higher price. I think MR would do better to raise the helmet prices a bit and lower the saber prices.
I thought myself that the poker chips would not be a big seller. But at the last Gen-Con gaming convention, one of the largest in the US, poker became the largest played game. This in the consumer gamer base of role playing games. The impact card games have had as well the need for games adults can play iun a shorter time period has elevated poker up as well as what you can see on television as well. Although it made be a fad of sorts, for the short term, the likely hood of good sales is high with MR on this line.

I'm sure we'll see that poker set in one of 2006 World Poker Tour tournament.

You must not play poker. Clay chips are VERY expensive ($0.50-$1.00 per chip). MR's price is actually a very low price for clay chips, assuming these are clay. I wouldn't want SW poker chips (a little too geeky), but the price is fine. I looked into buying a set of chips about 5 years ago, and they were extremely expensive.

Go to www.pokerchips.com for an idea of pricing. They make nice chips, and made the chips for the movies Rounders and Boiler Room, among others.

Here's the cheapest chip set they sell, and it's $250.00.

Anyway, the prices for the Fett and Stormtrooper helmets are AWESOME! I'll take an LE version of each! I don't want the EE Stormtrooper helmet, since I don't want a symmetrical version made of fiberglass. The originals were made of plastic and were extremely "wonky", as most prop experts will say.

You can find the same set in basic form anywhere for, like, $100 at most.
