Sideshow increases preorders and stocked items by $5?
I just noticed that SSC raised their statue prices almost straight across the board by $5. This goes for stocked and preorder stuff. I don’t think they should be doing this since they already announced the price to begin with regardless if it’s inflation or not. Prices are already sky high. A little sneaky not announcing the increase since the price was once set.

They didn't change their prices throughout the pandemic while Iron Studios and others went up 50% or more. The announced price doesn't matter when the current price is right there when you checkout today.
$5 is like a 1% increase. Lets see how much these new PFs go for though...

I thought everything went up by $6 on their site but existing orders were unchanged? Is shady for sure if they changed our orders

That would be shady but it's not happening.

They did change it. Dejah Thoris was $550, now it’s $555. The New Scarlet Witch was $600 now it’s $605. Even their WL or sold out item went up in price like Starfire $565 to $570. $5 may not be much but it adds up. They should have announced it publicly that they are doing it.

I noticed this when looking at their P1 stuff a week or 2 ago. It all definitely went up $6.

VS is right. Most of their pieces have suddenly shot up by $5 which is shady AF.

Wait wait, we are confusing two separate things. Yes, they raised their prices. BUT did anyone's ALREADY PLACED order suddenly increase?

I’m legit confused why this is considered shady? If you had something preordered/payment planned, did it increase?
Or are they just increasing it for purchases going forward?
