Thanks guys! It's crazy how big he is. In full costume, he's 6'9" with a 50" chest.
He make some of my taller friends looks small.

I love the leather components to Vader's costume. Took a photo in brighter lighting conditions. It's great seeing those details stand out.
Also, I attached my saber hook to the belt. Another piece completed.

Vader could play power forward in the NBA. I think the actor who played Vader in the movies was 6'6" so he was probably around 6'9" with the helmet as well.

You're 100% correct. David Prowse was a body builder in his youth.
ILM measurements for his costume say he was 6'6".
