I'm shocked. Very sorry for getting your hopes up to have them deny you like that. I've only had them deny a part once with the Magneto a few years back. They said the entire batch had the same problem.
Wondering maybe if the entire batch of Scarlet Witch that they received had a factory mishap. That really stinks... I'm sorry
If you were wanting to keep it and are comfortable with touch ups here is one of the paint brands they use -DecoArt Americana. Attached is the brown color that I have that's a fairly close match. Those paints are usually around 2.50 USD per.
Honestly I rarely will touch a portrait face because it's very easy to muck it up. With that just being a tiny glob of brown near the hairline it may be manageable though? Really don't know...
Definitely see if you could persuade them first because if you mess it up you couldn't return it if you decide to go that route.
Anyone else have thoughts?
