One of them was tricky to get in if I remember correctly. Something is definitely catching or blocking the key on yours.
Edit: just want to ask a very silly question... Have you tried putting the problem key in first? If they inspected they may have accidentally swapped the parts in the box. On mine it looks like the other side is actually overlapping the part that would be a problem on yours and how could it overlap if it is going in first and not after? Just a dumb thought I'm having...
Anyway. I've only had a few key issues and generally once they're in, they're good. It's just the initial slotting that will chip/break off whatever tiny bits are blocking it. Sometimes it's something as tiny as a resin or polystone glob blocking it..
Best of luck.

I haven’t even put the statue together. I don’t even know if she fits into the flames since there is over 1/2 cm of gap between it. Pisses me off they didn’t do a proper QC on this.

The portrait on this Captain Marvel is beyond beautiful. Steve Lord still amazes us with excellent pieces (his Red Sonjas are also magnificent). Get on the waitlist here. I "smell" future grail status here

It is among Sideshow's best work for me. Very pleased having her among my Carol section.

Agree. The portrait is superb. I even like the body sculpt and pose. The fire/energy effect however is terrible.
