Bad eBayer: marbieisback
Beware of this guy. His eBay handle is marbieisback, but his e-mail is supermarbie. Not only does he make a practice of bidding on auctions and then refusing to pay, but then he gets offended that you file a non-paying bidder report in order to avoid being charged for the auction he refuses to honor. What an asshat.
According to his feedback, he's done this before, and recently, too. I've never left a negative feedback for anyone, but this guy is going to be my first. I was going to just let it go until he got his attitude about my filing the NPB report.
Steer clear of this jackass!

Sure thing:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MESO%3AIT&rd=1
The really annoying thing is that right when the auction ended, he sent me this e-mail: "I can't pay for it...sorry" That's it. And then, based on the auctions that followed, it was clear that he could pay for it, but just chose not to. He even bought the same thing for a cheaper buy-it-now later in the week. What a jerk. I mean, I'm all for getting what you can as cheaply as you can, but eBay is clear: when you bid, you're entering into a contract.
What made me post this here was his reaction to the NPB claim, though: "I told you, you can just re-sell the product." Like I'm troubling him.
Guys like this make eBay a crappier place. And eBay doesn't seem to care, so far.

Hopefully you'll be the final nail in his coffin. 3 NPB claims and he's kicked off of ebay.

I hope so, too. But I thought about it, and he might just not care, and start up a new account each time he gets kicked. He's only got a score in the teens. Or do they block your e-mail account and credit cards, too?

If I saw someone with feedback like that bidding on one of my auctions, I'd cancel his bid and block him...
