This is my vote...scene start when you see the newspapers move and the music come in.

Classic. Lester version of it too....not the recent Donner Superman 2 verison.

Others I like:

Batman 89 - Ending going up the buildings with Batman theme and batsignal.
Superman - helicopter sequence

The scene in The Incredibles when Dash finds out he can run on water, and the bit at the end when he evades the two guys chasing him by just stopping and falling into the water.
