I recall they had a few that were in a batch that developed the issue. I don't remember what the actual problem causing the lean was though. If you search back in the thread I think a couple of other guys had it happen.

How long was it displayed before you noticed the lean? Does that TV/ receiver box you have her next to kick out heat thru this events?
Will XM honor a fix or replacement if statues start leaning 6-9 months after they have been on display? I know it took my PCS Vega a year to start leaning.

Hiya, she's only been out for 2 months at most and the amp you can see kicks out negliglble heat really and isn't on all that often!!
Really hope this can be sorted as its a great piece and don't want to lose it....

That sucks how those the lean Work whats happening because the bottom side looks good but top, is it the pin in the foot?
Another question, is it possible this happens Lets say 3 years later?

If you search on the forums I believe XM already noted the lean was caused by a mix up in materials, the factory accidently used material that was to soft on the legs, I believe this was fixed after the first batch and I'm pretty sure XM will replace your statue. Just email them with the pictures.
I also believe XM noted that if you have one of these statues the lean will happen right away.

Unfortunately, this is one of the statues that was made before they decided to insert the metal rod through the statue to give it support.
I don't forsee any of these occurances on future statues....hopefully.
