If not, it might be a good time to replace the bulk of your cabinets to the Besta, that way you can set them up behind glass and avoid the dust and constant cleaning??

Yeah, I'm considering it. I also want to do some research on a good air purifier as I've heard they can help keep the dust level down.

Irish Stew
150 g Shoulder of lamb Boned & cut into chunks
150 g Leg of lamb cut into chunks

Flat-leaf parsley Roughly chopped
Salt & Pepper
Trim the lamb, cut into chunks, season.
In the olive oil lightly brown the lamb, onions & mushrooms.
Add all the root vegetables & the bouquet garni (thyme, rosemary & bay leaves tighed into a parcel).
Add the stock, Guinness season & slowly cook for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Correct the seasoning stir in the roughly chopped parsley.
Serve with crusty bread with lots of butter.
