I don't think they have human sculptors.Computer generated. Rotosculpting or whatever they call it.

i saw a documentary a few months ago about the process, and they do have human sculptors, what i saw was that they use a huge scaner to scan people for their sculpts, they dress up a guy in costum and scan him, and the sculptor uses the 3D images from a computer as reference to sculpt the piece, pretty cool stuff if you ask me.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I just hope they concentrate the PF line on the original Star Wars characters. Grievous is a kick ass sculpt, but there aren't too many prequel characters that I care about. My guess for the next figure is either Fett or Maul. Just think if they did a PF Tusken Raider. That could be amazing.

Sorry, BOT, that GG Fett's fingers bother me.

I cannot wait until SS does a 1/4 Boba. I'm definitely buying that one.

I'll stick with GG ones as space is becoming a premium. 1/4 will be Marvel only and occassional movie icons.

I'll have to stick to just LotR PF and dioramas, as like you said space. But some PF Marvel stuff is getting too hot to not pass up. And I can't pass on a 1/4th Boba though!

That's correct. They do employ sculptors, but only to clean up what the computer generates.

On another interesting note, Cinemaquette uses GG scans for their pieces. I know GG scanned Arnold and Depp for the T-850 and Jack Sparrow, respectively.
