It's the same with those 1:1 Endos from Sideshow. If they are not screen accurate what is the point.

In the end, if it looks really cool, who cares if its 100% screen accurate? I mean it's a work of art not a science project. Who could suggest that the cm vader doesn't scream the dark lord. I think if you're a serious prop collector, accuracy may be more significant. But if you're a statue/art collector, it's all about the look. If you have to change a thing here and there to make the piece flow better, or realize a terrific pose that would be compromised with 100% accuracy, then I'm all for the change. I agree that it may have not been necessary with the cm vader to do an inaccurate costume. But who cares. I think if they wanted to do a 100% accurate costume, they would have digitally scanned the prop (like the did with the endo). I think this was a Wang sculpt. The predator is hardly 100% accurate but its way better than sideshow's digitally scanned predator.

I know Bulls, but with the popularity of Vader, one can never be too certain.
I wonder if we'll see a pre-order up soon.

It very much depends on whether you're an accuracy nut. Some are more than happy with a good representation of a character whether it's 100% accurate or not.

Well said. I actually prefer CM's version of Predator myself and I bet Wang does too.
