Thor WAS playing for keeps in TIH #440- as mentioned in an earlier post - and the Hulk still beat him. So yeah - the question about Thor vs Hulk has already been answered.
Hulk beats Thor. Thor needs to get lucky to beat the Hulk.

Hulk beats Thor. Thor needs to get lucky to beat the Hulk.

Thor was de-powered and was using temporary borrowed power from the Enchantress. Hulk still didn't win because he BFR Thor when the bomb exploded. Thor needs no luck to beat the Hulk. This still doesn't challenge the fact that The Destroyer already beat Hulk in a physical fight.

So we've all agreed: at the end of the day, the Hulk would utterly destroy the Destroyer.
Moving on.

The only time Thor beats Hulk is in a race to the shampoo aisle when Pantene's on sale.

I'll give you the Destroyer - but not Thor - Thor just doesn't have what it takes...

Of course he does. Thor has beaten the Hulk, just as Hulk has beaten Thor.
