Edit: I think I figured out a way to display this beast once I get it in hand. I plan to use four round pedestals about 15.5 inches in diameter each and place one at each corner of the base. The pedestals I am looking at are rated at being able to support up to 500 pounds per pedestal so they should work just fine for this piece.
That should work. Only thing I'd worry about over time is weight being applied at only 4 corners. Might wanna put a thin piece of wood underneath the base to spread out the weight.

Those don't look that heavy so I'd worry about it being top heavy with a statue on top. They look good though.

They are rated at supporting up to 500 ponds per pedestal so as long as you don't go really tall, they should do fine. I don't plan on going over 30 inches tall on the pedestals for this piece.

Good point, Chris. Another option I was looking at was getting two or maybe three of these and putting them side by side underneath the length of the base. The surface on each one is 15.5 inches deep by 31.5 inches long. I think they should be more than enough support.

I am pretty pumped for this piece. Can't wait to see more pics and video of it from SDCC.

Thanks for that. I've been looking at this site for quite some time. They are more expensive but there are plent of sizes and options available including built in turn tables.

I bought a couple of collapsible pedestals from them a few years ago which they no longer make and I am pretty happy with them. The problem with them is if you need more than a pedestal or two of a descent size and you want to add an acrylic dust cover or turn table, the price per pedestal starts to get expensive pretty fast. You could easily spend close to a grand on just a few pedestals with these options included before you know it.

You gotta cut VS some slack, Chris.

If the female culo isn't involved in a statue he is considering buying then he can't think straight.
