Alright, let's see what you guys are talking about. I didn't get Dark Phoenix from XM, so lets do a side-by-side comparison.
Yea, they do look the same ...not exactly ...but similar. Would've been better if XM used below as a sample for Rogue's portrait. Could've used the same expression, too.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who thought her face looked like Emma. Hope we get some more portraits with some expressions.
So far I'm liking SS Rogue portrait more.

Apparently superhero work is boring and accompanied with a deep sigh.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Many artists have a natural default style they use for all their characters. I remember the late Michael Turner’s work, which I loved, all had the same faces (even the young version of Aspen looked like he was drawing the exact same face only a bit distorted to look younger). In this case it would be distracting if you bought all the statues and kept them together as it would look like the same character in different outfits. Beautiful on its own or depending on the base...paired with the Cajun.

While I don't see Emma in her portrait, Rogue has Dark Phoenix beat. That is a horrible portrait.

Not celebrating until I see the whole pose but this is looking more like what I want from a statue of Rogue.
