I wanna know how they can send me tracking for one statue when i paid for two together and my LSB less than hour later.
No payment confirmation, nothing, which even smaller companies do.
A week to ship something is terrible. Love Jerry, love his products but i still think they are way behind when it comes to good communication and customer support and they are sadly getting a reputation for it.
I know they keep saying the new website is coming and it's gonna fix things, but it's not even an excuse anymore.
Can you tell i'm a little frustrated at this point
