Today's a small get together w/kids and my aunt is moving to South Carolina, so this is also a little going away thing: Burgers, chicken, 99% Fat Free hot dogs, pasta salad, oven roasted red potatoes, salads and fresh fruit and cake for desert. Oh, I almost forgot the most important thing! Corona Light and Mike Hard Variety mix.
Tomorrow: Going to my mom's for Filet and I'm sure all kinds of other goodies.
Monday: We're relaxing and eating left overs!

Off to the All You Can Eat Crab Feast at our church & my kid's school. Prety good deal. $30 for all you can eat Old Bay spiced crabs, peel 'n eat shrimp and draft beer. A great money-maker for the school but also a great deal, i.m.o.. 4 hours from now, I plan on having my fingers pretty sticky w/ Old-Bay!

Made some damn fine Greek burgers tonight. 50/50 blend of ground lamb & beef. Added minced red onion, chopped spinach, dill, lemon juice & S&P, and crumbled feta. Very good. Made a topping sauce of greek yogurt, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, minced onion.
Washed one down with 3 ice-cold Buds I'd put in the freezer an hour before grill time (1 1/2 consumed while grilling). Yumm.
