Yeah what was the deal with X-Men 3. Phoenix has the power to melt off Hugh Jackman's face, but not his pants..... Such a let down.....Heheheee.

Negative. The alien takes the form of her father. And the enviorment she is in is from a childhood drawing. Its being manifested from her memories. This is a very good movie and even better book.

I have a soft spot for Sagan. Not only was he brilliant he put out one of the best show in early 80's, Cosmos...I loved Cosmos as a kid.

I'm glad somone read Contact. It's been so long since I saw the movie, now that I think of it. I did not know what the heck was going on at the end of that movie.

Yeah its been a while since I've seen the movie but if memory serves me right, Foster actually voices her realization of what is actually going on in the movie. The book is amazing. Like most instances, its different than the movie. Includng the meaning of Pi and such.

Chronicles = Part1: Pitch Black, Part 2: Chronicles of Riddick
The game is also included in the Chronicles: Escape from Butcher Bay
As is the Animation: Dark Fury


Part 3: is coming out next year I think and it will deal with the Underverse and Part 4 = Furya.

Check out Pitch Black its bad a$$.

I don't know if this was a bad ending or not because I had no clue what was going on, but can anyone explain the ending of "Event Horizon" to me? I thought the movie was going good and was waiting for what would happen when they got back and then................WTF?
